Patch to make gettext usable when uClibc is compiled without locale support.This patch unlocks the functions of gettext to work on systems without locale support. On an default OpenWrt the uClibc is compiled with only a dummy
support for locale, which is unusable and makes so the gettext library completely unusable on this systems.

The 160-stack-protector.patch deletes the section in configure of cups which switches on the stack-protector.
In the Makefile the css files are missing.

Firmwarehotplug actually requires a sdcc that supports some targets, Debian lenny has named this sdcc version sdcc-nf, but most other distros, including etch will be able to build this package using their stock sdcc
