openvpn: autostart openvpn instances for each .conf file in /etc/openvpn
Align init behaviour with other distros by starting an OpenVPN instance
for each config file found in /etc/openvpn/. This removes the additional
requirement to "register" the configs with uci and thus simplifies the
setup.
Make sure to respect the disabled state in uci to not suddenly autostart
instances which have been previously set to disabled, also skip configs
which are already started due to uci configuration.

imagebuilder: don't pregenerate package index, strip host binaries
The package index is generated on first use anyway, therefore it makes no
sense to continue shipping it.
Also sstrip the bundled host binaries when packing the IB to save some

mvebu: fix NAND and NOR options
All the boards but Mamba had wrong UBI options so far, making it impossible to
flash the built image on their respective storage medium.
Fix all of the supported boards in order to make the generated images useful.
Tested on a Mirabox, an Armada XP GP and an Openblocks AX3, and used the NAND
chip datasheet for the others.

mvebu: Add sub-profiles
In order to support the various board NAND layout that we support, introduce a
sub-profile similar to the one used by ar71xx.
These subprofiles provide a default implementation for most of the building
functions, while allowing each sub-profile to override any of these operations
in order to have a more specific behaviour, like Mamba expects for example.

ralink: remove VHT capabilities when not using 802.11ac
The mt76 driver might have some problem working with MT7602.
MT7602 should not have VHT capabilities . But the driver not identity properly.

base-files: default_postinst() fix variable colision
The name variable contains at first the package name,
and after the last group name.
This patch fixes /etc/rc.d symlink creation (at least).
Change name in pkgname, change the other name in ugname
(user group name), and id in ugid (user group id)

ralink: fix USB host function for Intenso M2M
The ubootloader of the M2M sets the reset bits for
both USB device and USB host during initialization
(to save a few mA of power during boot).
However, for the usb<->sata bridge to be properly
detected, it is necessary to clear both reset bits
as otherwise the kernel logs will just be filled
with:
usb 1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -145
...

Fix possible fail to check for dependencies
Few characters in filenames (a plus sign, a dot) can be interpreted
specially by grep. This can lead to the omission of missing package
dependency. For example if we would have "some.file.so" then it
matches also "some2file.so". -F switch off special meaning
of any character and -x match against whole line.

mac80211: Revert adding SM Power Save capability to hostapd configuration
Part of rev 44173 added setting the SM Power Save capability in the hostapd.conf
file if the driver indicated that it was supported. It appears this was
incorrect, because the field in the actual HT Capabilities field in the AP
configuration is really a state indication. Just copying the state from the
capability resulted in the AP indicating that it had SMPS enabled all the time
if it supported SMPS. This effectively just disables all clients from sending
packets to the AP with more than one spatial stream, for no good reason.
So remove this part of the change.

ar71xx: add Netgear WNR1000v2/WNR1000v2-VC support (#18633)
The board is already supported by OpenWrt. WNR1000v2/WNR1000v2-VC are
pretty much the same as WNR2000v3/WNR612v2, therefore the same
initialization code and flash layout is used.

mac80211: fix NULL pointer crash in monitor frame injection TX path
This "patch to the patch" fixes a NULL pointer derefence crash in the new
intermediate software queues. The crash can be reproduced by injecting an
802.11 frame with a BSSID that does not belong to a configured vif. The
wperf tool (https://github.com/anyfi/wperf) may be convenient for doing
this.
