[packages] freeswitch: build fixes
 * only enable -fgnu89-inline on avr32 for now (fix x86 builds)
 * mark fax & voipcodecs modules as broken on powerpc (breaking in spandsp lib)
 * mark flite module as broken on armeb & avr32 (breaking in flite lib)
 * reorder some variable definitions
 * bump release number
