luci-base: use rpcd-mod-rrdns for reverse DNS lookups

Drop the individual calls to nixio.getnameinfo() in luci.sys.net and rely
on the "network.rrdns.lookup" ubus call instead to fetch domain information
within a guaranteed timeout.
